These Terms apply to Northstar Technologies Group Inc. and its affiliated business units, including Northstar Enterprise + Defense LLC ("NED"), Northstar Building Systems LLC ("NBS"), Northstar Construction Company ("NCC"), Northstar Federal ("NFED"), Northstar Realty Group ("NRG"), and any current or future subsidiaries or divisions under common ownership or control. References to "Northstar" throughout these Terms shall be understood to include all such affiliated entities.
By accessing or using any Northstar website, including www.northstartgi.com, www.northstarenterprisedefense.com, www.northstarbuildingsystems.com, www.northstarhomes.us and any other affiliated domains, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Northstar Building Systems and its associated building methods, manufacturing processes, and composite material technologies are patent protected. The Northstar name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress associated with Northstar Technologies Group Inc. and its affiliated business units are the exclusive property of Northstar and may not be used without prior written authorization.
No content from any Northstar website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of Northstar, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission is granted to access and display content from our websites solely for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes, provided that all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices are retained. This permission does not grant any license or right to use any content for commercial purposes, marketing, resale, or redistribution.

Government and Defense-Related Content
Certain Northstar business units, including Northstar Enterprise + Defense and Northstar Federal, may provide information related to government contracting, defense infrastructure, and products or services subject to United States export control regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Nothing on our websites shall be construed as an offer to sell, export, or transfer any defense article, technical data, or controlled technology to any person, entity, or destination prohibited or restricted under applicable law. All transactions involving controlled items or technologies are subject to applicable export licensing requirements and government approvals.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Northstar Technologies Group Inc., its affiliated business units, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of any Northstar website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of any Northstar website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of Northstar to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Northstar.
Changes to These Terms
Northstar may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or operational structure. When updates occur, the revised Terms will be posted on our websites with an updated effective date.
Continued use of any Northstar website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
